A special election is held for the North-Linn Community School District in the Counties of Benton, Buchanan, Delaware and Linn on September 14, 2021. Polls were open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

All voting is held at the Ryan City Hall, 405 Franklin St., Ryan, IA.
Absentee Voting
Absentee voting begins Wednesday, August 25, 2021. To request an absentee ballot, you may either pick up a request form or complete this form and submit it to the Delaware County Auditor's Office (301 E. Main Street, Manchester, IA 52057). The last day to request an absentee ballot by mail is Monday, August 30, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
In-person absentee voting is available at the Delaware County Auditor's Office during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) beginning August 25, 2021.
In-personabsentee voting is available at the Delaware County Auditor's Office thru 5:00 pm on Monday, Septemebr 13, 2021.
