All voting is held at the St. John's Parish Hall, 303 South St. in Delhi.
Absentee voting begins Wednesday, June 30, 2021. To request an absentee ballot, you may either pick up a request form or complete this form and submit it to the Delaware County Auditor's Office (301 E. Main Street, Manchester, IA 52057). The last day to request an absentee ballot by mail is Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
In-person absentee voting is available at the Delaware County Auditor's Office during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) beginning Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
In-person absentee voting is available at the Delaware County Auditor's Office thru 11:00am on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.
